Acceptance

By using WitWorx, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use Of The App

• You are responsible for the prompts, topics, and content you submit.
• You may not use the app to create unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Generated content may be imperfect, inappropriate, or inaccurate. Review it before using it publicly.
• We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if the app is misused or if service integrity is at risk.

Mobile Pricing

WitWorx mobile includes a generous free tier and an optional one-time Premium unlock. Premium is a non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. Premium unlocks unlimited daily joke generation, the full Speech Helper allowance, and include/exclude controls. Prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play checkout before purchase. The current mobile release does not contain advertising.

No Affiliates

WitWorx mobile v1 does not include affiliate links, referral commissions, or third-party promotional offers inside the app.

Intellectual Property

WitWorx, its branding, interface, and service technology belong to WitWorx or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use generated output for your own lawful personal or business purposes.

Availability

We aim to keep the app useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated results will meet every need.
